Queer Keys was founded in 2022 to address a growing need for LGBTQ+ support, resources, and community throughout the Florida Keys.

What began as a grassroots effort has grown into the only LGBTQ+ community center serving the Florida Keys, providing programs, events, advocacy, education, queer library and direct support to queer and transgender individuals across the Keys. Through initiatives like TransConnect, youth programming, wellness program- which includes free massage therapy, free mental health therapy, breath-work classes, community gatherings, and partnerships with local organizations.  Queer Keys is helping create a more connected, inclusive, and affirming community.

Built by community and for community, Queer Keys continues to grow with a commitment to supporting, educating, empowering, and celebrating LGBTQ+ people throughout the Florida Keys.
