For many transgender, nonbinary, gender-diverse, and two-spirit people living in the Florida Keys, accessing gender-affirming care isn’t simple. Limited local providers, travel costs, financial hardship, discrimination, and ongoing legislative barriers often place essential healthcare out of reach.
TransConnect exists to remove those barriers.
Through this program, Queer Keys provides direct financial assistance and community support so transgender and gender-diverse individuals can access the care they need to live safely, authentically, and with dignity.
