Celebrating Two Years of Queer Keys

Thank you to everyone who joined us on October 10th for our Meet & Greet and to celebrate the 2nd Anniversary of the Queer Keys Community Center!

Our community came together to welcome our new Executive Director, “Scarlett” Jai Somers, connect with friends and community partners, and celebrate two years since we first opened our doors.

The Queer Keys Community Center was created to be a place where LGBTQI+ people throughout the Florida Keys can find community, resources, support, connection, and a place to belong. Two years later, our doors remain open, our community continues to grow, and we’re looking forward to this next chapter.

We also extend a special thank you to our new board member, Bobi Lore, for her generous $1,000 donation, and to an anonymous donor who contributed $100 in support of our mission.

To everyone who has donated, volunteered, participated in our programs, partnered with us, attended our events, or walked through our doors: thank you for being part of Queer Keys.
